We have gathered here the most common questions our clients ask before entrusting us with organizing their event, whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or baby shower.

  • What services are included in event planning?

    We offer a full range of services: planning, managing suppliers, decoration, day-of coordination, and much more, tailored to each type of event.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    To ensure availability and optimal organization, we recommend contacting us at least 2 to 3 months before your event. For weddings, it’s best to book at least one year in advance.

  • How do I choose the ideal venue for my event?

    We help you find the perfect venue based on your theme, budget, and number of guests by offering options that meet your specific criteria.

  • Do you operate throughout the region / country?

    We mainly work in the French-speaking part of Switzerland but can consider requests in other regions. We also operate in Italy, particularly in the Puglia region. Feel free to contact us for specific requests.

  • What is the average budget to organize an event with you?

    The budget depends on the type of event, location, and level of customization desired. During our first discussion, we define your needs and priorities to provide a clear and realistic quote.

  • How can I get a quote?

    For a personalized quote, contact us via the Contact section and fill out the form. Please specify the date, type of event, venue, and your expectations. We will respond quickly with a tailored proposal.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes, a deposit is required to confirm the booking. The amount will be specified in the quote.

  • Do you work only with your suppliers, or can I include mine?

    We work with a trusted network of suppliers but remain flexible. If you already have suppliers in mind, we can integrate them into the project, provided they fit well with the overall organization.

  • When should I contact you to organize an event?

    The earlier the better, especially for weddings or highly sought-after venues. Ideally, get in touch 6 to 12 months in advance. However, we can also manage projects on shorter notice depending on availability.

  • What happens in case of cancellation?

    Cancellation terms are detailed in the contract. We always do our best to find suitable solutions.
